why?

its my last day and i want to get back my IC, is it so difficult? well, its has been proven to me that, yes, it is. why must there always be some cock up every now and then, even when i'm leaving this place.

i reach camp, the office is lock, so i cant get my key to unlock the bunk, so that i can get my clearance form to get my IC. so i did these:
1. called meryvn cause i thought he was the COS.
2. asked hamzah where hisham was cause he is the COS.
3. looked around the company line and smoking point.
4. went up to his bunk to find him.

so finally i found him, bathing in the toilet. got the key, went to the bunk, get the clearance form and headed to office to get my IC. i stepped in and before i can ask anyone, this guy asked if i'm ORDing today (i thought to myself, finally something is right, taking initiative my man). but hell no, the nest thing that came out from his mouth was the catalyst of irritation. he told me i cant get my IC cause the person issuing it just took half day leave/off and is not around. and that person happen to be the last guy i need to find to sign my clearance form. KNNBCCB. the 1st word that came out of my mouth was F***, and that guy told me i was not the 1st today.

immediately called hafiz and zongwei to tell them not to come down but hafiz didnt pick up his phone cause he was on the way.

so somebody answer me,
1.why is it the only guy that can issue us the IC and sign our form be allowed to take leave or off when no one else can replace or take over his work?
2.why did he even take leave/off in the 1st place if there will be people coming to find him?
3.is there no other way to get things done in this place?
