unethical price of shit

so i got my IC back today, just happened to meet hafiz and affendi at the office. so finally get to meet this PRIVATE who was holding on to all our ICs. and guess what, i was told that they purposely went off early yesterday so that those who come in the afternoon cant get their ICs. what kind of fark shit is this? just because we ORD earlier, you are not happy? so when we were out in the field doing exercise, and you were in the office, did we come back and throw all our stores at you and tell you to clean them.
